Dear Parents/Guardians: 

Thank you for choosing to enroll your child(ren) at the Moravian School for the 2024-2025 academic school year. In order to process this application promptly, you must complete, return, and submit all supporting documents with this form as soon as possible. Please note: Registration will not be complete, and the child will not be allowed to start school until the application is completely filled out, all required documents have been submitted, and all requirements have been met. 

All new students are required to submit/upload an up-to-date immunization card, immunization clearance letter, birth certificate, social security card, and last report card, and/or an official school transcript or Promotion Certificate from the last school attended.

All returning students from the 2023-2024 school year, are required to submit/upload an up-to-date immunization card and the immunization clearance letter for students 5yrs and 11yrs. 

Orientation for all enrolled students will occur on Friday, August 16, 2024 at the Nisky Campus at 9:00 a.m. Classes begin on Monday, August 19, 2024.

Your completed application form and all required documents should be returned accompanied by a NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee: Our Early Bird Special is $150.00 and runs through June 28th. From July 1st through August 30th the fee is $175.00. Students registering on/or after September 3rd will be required to pay the late registration of $200.00. The registration fee is not refundable or transferable. 

In addition to the registration fee, the first tuition installment must accompany the completed application form. Registration is not complete until the registration fee and the tuition or the first installment is paid. Students who are not properly registered cannot attend classes. No part of the tuition WILL be refunded after your child has been enrolled for forty-five days (45) of the academic year.

The  tuition is an annual rate. Parents may elect to pay tuition in full, semi-annually, or in monthly installments. The monthly installments are based on the annual rate spread over ten (10) months, with the first installment submitted at the time of registration. All monthly installments are due on the FIRST day of each month, beginning in September and ending in May; except the 1st monthly installment, which is due by August 15th or the day of registration.Tuition must be paid before the 10th of each month. A late fee of $50.00 will be charged after the 10th of the month. If the 10thfalls on a weekend or holiday tuition must be paid by the next workday or the late fee definitely will be charged (this provision does not apply to payments made through PayPal). PayPal payments must be made by the 10th. If the tuition remains delinquent up to the 20th day of the month, the child MUST remain at home until the tuition is paid. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for checks that are returned. This is in addition to the late fee that is charged if the payment is not received by the 10th of the month. 

Please make every effort to register your child(ren) on time. This will enable us to make adequate arrangements for staffing and to provide additional accommodations for students where necessary. Spaces are available on a first come basis. Spaces will not be held for students who do not register on time or whose registration is not properly completed. Please complete and submit all required information timely.

PLEASE APPLY EARLY and SAVE! 

Girls (Pre-K to 3rd): Light green jumper and white short-sleeved blouses. Matching shorts may be worn under the jumper. Only black or brown shoes and white socks are permitted. Sandals, boots, and ankle-high socks are NOT permitted. Socks must be worn well above the ankles.

Girls (4th to 8th):Light green pleated skirts and white short-sleeved blouses. Shoes and socks are same as above.

Girls must wear fully pleated skirts of a length that touches their knees. No frilled, adorned, gathered or straight skirts are allowed. 

Boys (Pre-K to 2nd): Dark green short pants, white short-sleeved shirts, black or brown shoes and white socks.

Boys (3rd to 8th):D ark green long pants, white short sleeved shirts. Shoes and socks are same as above.

Sixth, seventh and eighth graders must wear a green tie.

The school’s emblem must be sewn onto the left pocket of the shirt or blouse, and the upper left side of the jumper. All children must be in proper uniform daily except on “Dress-up” Days designated by the principal.

Moravian School white t-shirts with green logo are to be worn tucked inside gym pants on physical education (PE) DAYS DURING CLASS ONLY. Students at the Nisky Campus (Grades 3-8) are not allowed to wear the PE uniform only to school. PE uniform should be worn beneath the regular uniform, or the change be made before physical education class, as appropriate. White socks and white or black sneakers are to be worn as part of the PE uniform on PE days ONLY.

 Girls are not allowed to wear polished nails (including acrylic). Girls and boys are not allowed to wear jewelry, including chains, rings, and bracelets. Boys are not allowed to wear earrings (NO EXCEPTIONS). The school will NOT be held responsible for lost jewelry. The school is NOT responsible for lost/stolen cell phones, and other electronics that individual students bring to school.

Proper deportment is required. Each student shall be neatly attired and well-groomed daily. 

All students in 3rd to 8th Grades are required to bring a Bible to devotions.  The Bible is one of the required textbooks for religion classes. The New International Version (NIV) is recommended.

Students who refuse to follow the dress codes will be sent home!
